Recently was commissioned to bang out this CD package, for a rap duo out of Dallas,TX called ADD. They left the direction for this project wide open for me. Just wanted me to do my thing. After a few ruff comps and listening to a few songs, i came up with this concept. I went in on this all by hand. Illustrating the character , as well as the font treatment. The guys loved it. Had alot of fun with this one. Thanks cats!

INSPIRATION

Just getting loose with these Japanese markers still. A friend hooked me with these little scraps of card stock. The color of them was dope, so i just wrecked them in a few minutes.

GRAPHIC POETRY

This series is a graphic freestyle over photos, with the illest UNI markers i got in Japan. Im not sure just yet how many will be in the series, just having serious fun with it now. The Graphic Poetry is an exercise i started doing about 6 years ago, to stay on my toes. Been picking it up and putting it down, but with these new markers. Ive found new light with this medium.
So ima share just a few of my favs so far.
